These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Navkaar Jewellers Platform, including the mobile application, website, jewellery savings schemes, digital gold wallet, and related services (“Platform”).
By accessing the Platform, installing the mobile application, or using any service provided by Navkaar Jewellers, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Use of the Platform is subject to applicable Indian laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts under Indian law.
Electronic Consent
By using the Platform or mobile application, you consent to receive communications electronically including notifications, transaction confirmations, scheme updates, and policy changes via email, SMS, or in-app notifications.
Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account on the Platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Navkaar Jewellers shall not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to failure to safeguard account credentials.
Mobile Application Usage
The Navkaar Jewellers mobile application available through platforms such as Google Play Store allows users to access services including jewellery savings schemes, digital gold wallet, payments, and account management.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
App Store Disclaimer
The mobile application may be downloaded from third-party app marketplaces such as Google Play Store.
These marketplaces are not responsible for the services, maintenance, or support of the Navkaar Jewellers application.
Jewellery Savings Schemes
The Platform may offer installment-based jewellery savings schemes where users contribute periodic payments toward jewellery purchases.
Scheme benefits such as bonuses or promotional credits may only apply after successful completion of all required installments.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or modification of benefits.
Benefits, credits, or bonuses provided under any scheme may expire if not used within the validity period communicated at the time of issuance.
Digital Gold Wallet
The Digital Gold Wallet represents ownership of gold units measured in grams and stored with Navkaar Jewellers or its authorized custodians.
Gold rates displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to change according to market conditions.
Redemption of digital gold into jewellery or cash equivalent may be subject to processing charges, taxes, and market pricing.
Digital gold is not regulated as a financial security under SEBI and may be subject to price volatility.
Pricing Accuracy
While we strive to maintain accurate pricing information, occasional errors may occur due to technical or market fluctuations.
In such cases, Navkaar Jewellers reserves the right to cancel or revise transactions affected by pricing errors.
Gold Purity & Hallmark
All jewellery products sold by Navkaar Jewellers are manufactured and sold in accordance with applicable Indian standards for gold purity and hallmarking where applicable.
Gold purity may vary depending on the product category (for example 22K, 18K, or other purity levels) and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.
Hallmarking and certification details, where applicable, will be provided with the jewellery product. Minor variations in weight, design, or appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes.
Customers are advised to review product specifications carefully before completing a purchase.
Product Images & Design Variation
Product images displayed on the Navkaar Jewellers Platform are for illustrative purposes only. While we strive to ensure that images accurately represent the jewellery design, minor differences in color, size, texture, or appearance may occur.
Such variations may arise due to factors including lighting conditions during photography, screen display settings on different devices, or natural variations in handcrafted jewellery.
If jewellery products include gemstones, diamonds, or other decorative elements, their shape, color, or arrangement may slightly vary depending on availability and manufacturing processes.
These minor variations do not affect the overall quality or authenticity of the jewellery product.
Jewellery Exchange & Buyback
Jewellery purchased from Navkaar Jewellers may be eligible for exchange or buyback subject to the prevailing policies of the store.
Exchange or buyback value may depend on factors including gold purity, weight, prevailing gold market rates, and applicable deductions such as making charges, stone value, or processing fees.
The final exchange or buyback value will be determined at the time of evaluation by Navkaar Jewellers.
Specific exchange or buyback policies may vary by product category and may be updated from time to time.
Scheme Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of a jewellery savings scheme subject to the terms applicable to the specific scheme.
If a scheme is cancelled before completion of the required instalment period, certain benefits including bonus instalments, promotional credits, or rewards may be forfeited.
Refunds, if applicable, may be processed after deduction of administrative charges or other applicable fees.
The refund amount and timeline will depend on the scheme rules and internal policies of Navkaar Jewellers.
Digital Gold Market Risk Disclosure
Digital gold prices are linked to prevailing gold market rates and may fluctuate due to global market conditions, supply and demand factors, currency movements, and economic events.
By purchasing or holding digital gold through the Navkaar Jewellers Platform, you acknowledge that gold prices may increase or decrease and the value of your holdings may change accordingly.
Navkaar Jewellers does not guarantee any fixed returns, price appreciation, or investment outcomes related to digital gold purchases.
Digital gold should not be interpreted as a financial investment product or a regulated security under SEBI regulations.
Users are advised to make purchase decisions at their own discretion and risk.
Making Charges & Stone Pricing
Jewellery pricing on the Navkaar Jewellers Platform may include multiple components such as gold value, making charges, stone value (if applicable), taxes, and other applicable charges.
Making charges represent the cost of craftsmanship, design, labour, and manufacturing of the jewellery item. These charges may vary depending on the design complexity, weight, and product category.
If jewellery contains gemstones, diamonds, or other decorative stones, their value may be calculated separately and included in the final product price.
Stone prices may vary depending on quality, size, and market value, and may not be recoverable at the same value in exchange or buyback transactions unless explicitly specified.
Customers are advised to review the detailed price breakdown provided at the time of purchase before completing the transaction.
Payments & Taxes
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes including GST will be applied according to Indian law.
Users are responsible for charges imposed by payment providers or banks.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations for services or purchases made through the Navkaar Jewellers Platform are subject to the specific terms applicable to each service including jewellery purchases, savings schemes, and digital gold transactions.
For jewellery purchases, cancellation or refund requests may only be accepted if the product has not been shipped or processed for delivery. Once shipped or delivered, refund or exchange requests may be subject to inspection and the store’s applicable return policies.
For jewellery savings schemes, cancellation before completion of the scheme period may result in forfeiture of certain benefits such as bonus instalments, promotional rewards, or discounts associated with the scheme.
Digital gold purchases are generally non-cancellable once a transaction has been successfully completed due to real-time market rate execution.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method or another suitable method determined by Navkaar Jewellers. Processing timelines may vary depending on payment providers and banking systems.
Navkaar Jewellers reserves the right to review and approve refund requests at its discretion in accordance with the applicable policies and circumstances of each transaction.
Payment Reversal
If a payment made by a user is reversed, charged back, or declined by the payment provider or banking institution after a transaction has been processed on the Navkaar Jewellers Platform, Navkaar Jewellers reserves the right to reverse the associated transaction or adjust the user’s account or wallet balance accordingly.
Users may be required to settle any outstanding amounts before continuing to use certain services on the Platform.
Duplicate Transactions
In cases where duplicate payments are made for the same transaction due to technical errors, network issues, or user action, Navkaar Jewellers will review the transaction records and may process a refund or adjustment where applicable.
Users are advised to verify transaction confirmations before initiating additional payments.
Failed or Pending Transactions
In certain cases, a payment may be debited from a user’s bank account but the transaction may remain pending or unsuccessful due to network delays, banking system issues, or payment gateway errors.
Such transactions are usually automatically reversed by the respective bank or payment provider within their prescribed timelines.
Navkaar Jewellers shall not be responsible for delays in refund processing caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.
Rate Lock & Transaction Confirmation
Gold prices displayed on the Navkaar Jewellers Platform are based on prevailing market rates and may change frequently.
The applicable gold rate for any purchase or transaction will be the rate confirmed at the time the transaction is successfully completed and acknowledged by the Platform.
If a payment fails, is interrupted, or is not successfully confirmed due to network issues, banking delays, or technical errors, the transaction may not be processed at the previously displayed rate.
In such cases, users may need to initiate a new transaction at the prevailing market rate.
Navkaar Jewellers shall not be responsible for losses arising due to payment failures, rate fluctuations, or transaction interruptions beyond its control.
Wallet Balance Disclaimer
Any balance displayed within the Navkaar Jewellers Platform wallet represents a digital ledger record of transactions or credits associated with your account.
Wallet balances may include digital gold holdings, scheme contributions, promotional credits, or other platform-based balances depending on the services used.
Such balances do not constitute a bank deposit, financial instrument, or regulated investment product and are not insured or guaranteed by any banking or financial regulatory authority.
Wallet balances may only be used for purposes permitted on the Platform, such as purchasing jewellery, redeeming digital gold, or applying scheme benefits in accordance with applicable terms.
Navkaar Jewellers reserves the right to adjust wallet balances in the event of transaction reversals, refunds, promotional corrections, or technical errors.
Promotions & Offers
Promotional campaigns, referral rewards, or cashback offers may be introduced periodically.
Navkaar Jewellers reserves the right to modify or withdraw such promotions at its discretion.
Identity Verification
We may require users to complete identity verification to comply with regulatory requirements or fraud prevention measures.
Technical Errors & Platform Limitations
While Navkaar Jewellers strives to provide accurate information and uninterrupted services, the Platform may occasionally experience technical errors, system delays, or inaccuracies due to software issues, network disruptions, or external service dependencies.
In the event of such errors, including incorrect pricing, transaction failures, or display inaccuracies, Navkaar Jewellers reserves the right to cancel or correct affected transactions.
Users acknowledge that digital platforms may occasionally experience temporary interruptions and agree that such disruptions do not constitute a breach of service.
Third-Party Platform Dependency
Certain features of the Navkaar Jewellers Platform rely on third-party services including payment processors, telecommunications providers, app stores, and cloud infrastructure providers.
Navkaar Jewellers shall not be liable for service disruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party platforms beyond our direct control.
Account Suspension & Termination
Navkaar Jewellers reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts that are found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in activities that may harm the Platform or other users.
Such activities may include fraudulent transactions, misuse of promotional offers, submission of false information, unauthorized access attempts, or any conduct that violates applicable laws.
In the event of account suspension or termination, certain services associated with the account may become inaccessible.
Navkaar Jewellers may also suspend accounts temporarily for security verification, suspected fraud investigation, or regulatory compliance requirements.
Users may contact customer support if they believe their account has been suspended in error.
Fraud Prevention
Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions, or violation of terms may be suspended or terminated.
Intellectual Property
All content including logos, trademarks, designs, software, and images on the Platform are owned by Navkaar Jewellers.
Service Availability

Force Majeure

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
